Set the per-installation check-run fail threshold
The check run turns failure when the ungated-site count exceeds this number; a zero-ungated scan passes. No threshold (null) restores neutral-only behavior. The deployment-wide default is WRIT_CHECK_FAIL_UNGATED; this field overrides it for one installation. Auth via API key or portal session.
