Undo a revocation | Writ

Sponsor token required. Reinstates a previously revoked principal within the sponsor’s tenant — the principal can check again and the tenant’s policy applies normally. Reinstating a principal that was never revoked is harmless (it simply ensures the principal is not revoked).
