List the tenant's verb vocabulary

API key required. Returns every verb the tenant can use in policies and checks: the built-in verbs, plus the tenant’s custom verbs with their status (live or deprecated) and rename history. Deprecated verbs are either renamed aliases (aliasOf names the canonical verb) or retired verbs; both still resolve in checks, neither can be used in a new policy, and no name is ever reusable. GET /v1/policy returns the live custom-verb names in its customVerbs field.
